SYLOR Fashion Looking Male / Female Team Leader/ Senior CSA for Hilite Mall store- Calicut;
Job Description:
* A Retail Team Leader is responsible for staff leadership
* Store Sales & target achievement performance
* Floor operations, and engaging a team, achieving sales goals, managing inventory, and implementing visual merchandising strategies.
* The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, analyzing sales data, and ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed.
Experience & Qualification:
- +2 or above & Minimum 2 plus years experience as a Team Leader like MAX, Trends, Zudio, or Fashion Store etc.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
