About the Program

HDFC Bank in collaboration with NIIT has launched the HDFC ACE Banker Program, a 45 Days Residential Training Program designed to prepare young graduates for a successful career in retail banking. After successful completion of training, candidates will be placed as Assistant Manager with HDFC Bank.

Job Role – Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager in HDFC Bank, you will:

Handle customer service and branch operations

Assist customers with banking products and services

Support sales and cross-selling of banking products

Maintain documentation and reporting

Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures

Training & Skills Covered (45 Days Residential)

Basics of Banking

Liability & Asset Products

KYC, AML & Compliance

Customer Service & Retail Branch Operations

Digital Banking & Selling Skills

Insurance & Investments

Behavioral Training, Grooming & Business Etiquette

HDFC Bank specific products & processes

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation with minimum 50% marks

Age: 21 to 28 years

Work Experience: 0 to 3 years





Good English communication skills

Local language proficiency preferred

Selection Process

Eligibility Test (SIOD, Basic Analytical Ability, Customer Service Situation Judgement, SVAR)

NIIT Interaction (Communication & Program Readiness)

NBFC Loan Facility Available
