Reporting To: Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager
Experience: Freshers –2 Years (Fresher can apply)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily site supervision and execution of civil works
- Support in reviewing drawings, layouts & technical documents
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance on-site
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors & labor teams
- Maintain daily reports, site records & documentation
- Monitor materials, site measurements & basic billing support
- Report site issues and assist in planning resources
Requirements & Skills:
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Basic knowledge of RCC, finishing & construction execution
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Understanding of safety practices
- Valuable communication & teamwork skills
- MS Office knowledge (AutoCAD is a plus)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in site roles
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
