Warehouse & Operations Assistant

Level: Junior | 2–3 years

Compensation: ₹1.8–2.5 LPA

Location: Bird Eye Warehouse, Khar, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday – Saturday | 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role

This is a hands-on, on-the-floor warehouse role. You will work directly under the Operations Executive to ensure daily orders are picked, packed, labelled and dispatched correctly and on time. You are the engine of fulfilment, the person who makes sure the right product reaches the right customer, every single day.

What You'll Do

- Pick products from storage against daily order lists, verifying SKUs, sizes and colours before packing
- Pack and label orders to brand protocols, neatly, correctly and within daily cut-off timelines
- Assist with receiving incoming stock, counting, checking and putting away inventory in the right location
- Support returns processing, receive returned products,



inspect them and hand off to the ops team for restocking or exchange
- Help with ad hoc tasks including tagging, barcoding and invoice printing as directed
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and stocked in a way that makes picking fast and accurate
- Assist in fulfilling stock requirements for third party stores and marketplace orders when needed
- Support the team during high-volume days, sales, launches and campaigns, to make sure nothing slips

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse, stockroom or fulfilment role
- Physically fit and comfortable working on the floor for most of the day
- Careful and accurate, you double-check before you pack, not after
- Comfortable taking direction and working as part of a small, close-knit team
- Basic English for reading order details and labels
- Lives within a reasonable commute of Khar, Mumbai
