Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Monitoring Executive to join our Security Operations team. The role involves monitoring security guards deployed across multiple client sites in Canada through a live monitoring dashboard, location tracking system, and WhatsApp reporting. The executive will stay connected with multiple guards simultaneously, ensuring they complete patrols, submit timely reports, and remain active at their assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor the real-time locations and activities of security guards using the company's monitoring dashboard.
- Review WhatsApp reports, patrol updates, and shift logs submitted by guards.
- Maintain continuous communication with multiple security guards through phone calls and messaging.
- Ensure guards check in on time, complete scheduled patrols, and follow client instructions.
- Follow up immediately on missed reports, delayed patrols, or any unusual activity.




- Coordinate with supervisors and management to resolve operational issues and security concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of guard activity, incidents, and daily monitoring reports.
- Ensure all client sites in Canada are properly staffed, monitored, and secured at all times.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple guards simultaneously.
- Proactive, alert, and capable of making quick decisions under pressure.
- Positive computer skills and the ability to work with monitoring software, WhatsApp Web, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts in a 24/7 operations environment.
- Previous experience in operations monitoring, dispatch, workforce coordination, customer support, or security operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
