We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage and maintain the organisations IT infrastructure. The role includes handling internet/network systems, CCTV setup and monitoring, and providing timely technical support across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Manage and maintain office internet and network systems (LAN/Wi-Fi)
- Install, configure, and monitor CCTV systems
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Ensure data security and system reliability
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT support and services
- Maintain records of IT assets and equipment
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve queries
Required Skills :-
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, routers,
switches)
- Hands-on experience with CCTV installation and maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Windows OS and IT infrastructure
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications :-
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, BCA, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred
