Job Summary

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Mother Teacher (Pre-Primary / Grade 1–2) to join our team. As a Mother Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in the early education and emotional development of young learners. You will build a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment that eases children into formal learning while managing core academic subjects, foundational skills, and holistic child development.

Key Responsibilities

- Classroom & Academic Management:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate, activity-based daily lesson plans covering foundational subjects (English, Mathematics, EVS/Science, and Art).
- Use experiential, interactive, and play-based learning methods to ensure conceptual clarity.
- Integrate storytelling, music, art, and games into everyday teaching.
- Child Development & Emotional Care:
- Foster a compassionate, inclusive, and emotionally supportive classroom setting.
- Identify individual learning styles, strengths, and areas requiring remedial support.
- Help young children transition smoothly into school routines while fostering positive habits, social skills, and good etiquette.
- Assessment & Evaluation:




- Monitor and document student progress through continuous oral, written, and observational assessments.
- Maintain comprehensive progress reports and academic records for each student.
- Parent & Team Communication:
- Maintain active and positive communication with parents regarding academic progress, behavioral developments, and well-being.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) and address parental queries with empathy and clarity.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and school management to organize school events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.), Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.), or equivalent certification.
- Experience: Prior teaching experience in Pre-Primary, Kindergarten, or Primary grades (Grades 1–2).
- Language & Communication: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional patience, empathy, classroom management, creativity, and adaptability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
