About the Role

Aao Hukum is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our growing team. If you are passionate about travel, enjoy interacting with customers, and have strong sales and communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Phone Calls, Email, and Social Media.
- Understand customer travel requirements and create customized travel itineraries.
- Prepare quotations and explain holiday packages to customers.
- Assist guests with complete travel information from pickup to departure.
- Coordinate with hotels, transportation partners, and the operations team to ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.




- Ability to create customized travel itineraries and travel quotations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, CRM, Google Sheets, and Internet applications.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Experience

- Experience in Travel Sales, Holiday Packages, or the Travel & Tourism industry is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
