About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a strong foundation in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interview scheduling
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and HR databases
- Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
- Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth communication flow
- Support HR operations and daily administrative tasks
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers or final year students (HR )
- Robust communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Immediate joiners preferred
