Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Pre-Press Designer to join our Signage and Graphics Production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing customer artwork and design files for large-format digital printing, ensuring accuracy, print quality, color consistency, and production readiness. The role requires strong knowledge of signage materials, printing processes, file preparation, and graphic design software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and finalize artwork files for large-format printing, signage, vehicle graphics, banners, wall graphics, retail displays, and exhibition materials.
- Perform preflight checks to ensure files meet production specifications.
- Set up print-ready files including bleed, crop marks, cut paths, contour cuts, paneling, nesting, and scaling.
- Verify image resolution, fonts, links, dimensions, and color profiles.
- Manage color correction and conversion between RGB, CMYK, and Pantone standards.
- Create production layouts and impositions for efficient material utilization.
- Coordinate with Design, Sales, Production, and Installation teams to ensure project accuracy.
- Troubleshoot artwork and print file issues before production.
- Prepare proofs and mockups for client approval when required.
- Maintain organized records of artwork, revisions,



and production files.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project deadlines.
- Support RIP software operations and printer workflow management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Pre-Press, Print Production, Signage, or Large Format Graphics industry.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, and CorelDRAW.
- Knowledge of large-format printing technologies and production workflows.
- Understanding of color management, ICC profiles, CMYK, RGB, and Pantone matching.
- Experience with RIP software such as ONYX, Caldera, Fiery, Wasatch, or similar.
- Knowledge of vinyl cutting, contour cutting, CNC routing, and signage production processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in vehicle wraps, retail branding, exhibition graphics, and wayfinding signage.
- Knowledge of printing substrates including vinyl, ACP, acrylic, flex, canvas, and fabric.
- Familiarity with digital printers, plotters, laminators, and finishing equipment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
