The position demands extensive research and the ability to collect, analyze, and integrate diverse information sources to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of business and technology is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements in business processes.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Front Office Finance.
- Good To Have Skills: Risk Management, Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and facilitate stakeholder engagement.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Murex Front Office Finance.
