Job Role & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
§ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, specifications, and architecture.

§ Testing/Validation of parts (Vehicle & Part level) and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.

§ Provide technical support to manufacturing and assembly teams during production.

§ Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that our designs remain competitive.

§ Quality issues analysis and countermeasure

Project Management & Co-ordination with supplier.

Technical/ Functional:
§ Basic knowledge of Automobile grade Switches, Auto AC Panel, USB charger & Sensors

§ Knowledge of automotive relevant safety standards like ECE R10, R21, R121

Experience of complete lifecycle of design and development for automobile grade switches.

Competency Requirements

Behavioural:
§ Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

§ Co-ordinate department activities and represent in various forums.

Good Interpersonal, Communication & Presentation skills.
