Job Summary

HRK Projects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and manage the company's service and maintenance operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling AMC/CMC contracts, breakdown maintenance, service engineers, customer relationships, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day service operations for Electrical, ELV, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, PA System, IBMS, and other MEP systems.
- Lead and supervise service engineers and technicians across multiple project locations.
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Handle AMC/CMC contracts and ensure contractual service commitments are met.
- Coordinate emergency breakdown calls and ensure quick resolution.
- Assign service requests, monitor progress, and close complaints within SLA timelines.
- Maintain service records, maintenance reports, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores for availability of spare parts and materials.
- Prepare service quotations, cost estimates, and maintenance proposals.
- Conduct site inspections and technical troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.




- Build strong relationships with clients and provide technical support whenever required.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, service performance reports, and management updates.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Electrical, ELV, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Networking, PA System, and IBMS.
- Experience in managing AMC, CMC, and Operation & Maintenance projects.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Robust leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/Service Management Software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and service teams simultaneously.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering.
- Additional certifications in Fire Alarm, CCTV, Networking, or Project Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Service Operations, Maintenance, or AMC/CMC management.
- Experience in MEP, Electrical, ELV, Infrastructure, or Facility Management industry is preferred.

Salary

₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and expertise)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
