Inventory Management

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.

Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.

Material Receipt & Issue

Issue materials based on approved Material Requisition Notes (MRNs).

Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Material Issue Slips, Gate Passes, and other store documentation.

ERP & Documentation

Record all inventory transactions in SAP accurately and on time.

Warehouse Management

Maintain proper housekeeping (5S) in the stores.

Ensure correct binning, labeling, and storage of materials.

Required Skills

Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP MM, Oracle, or similar).

Understanding of industrial spares, consumables, and maintenance materials.

Good knowledge of documentation and inventory control procedures.

Solid communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
