Role & Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely material dispatch and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Track procurement activities, pending orders, and long lead-time materials to support production requirements.
- Collaborate with the Stores team to monitor inventory, stock availability, shortages, and material receipts.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and maintain optimum stock levels for critical materials.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports and dashboards on material status, delays, shortages, and procurement risks.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve supply chain risks or delivery issues affecting production.
- Update ERP/MRP systems with accurate material status and maintain complete documentation of vendor follow-ups and delivery commitments.




- Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth material planning and procurement operations.

Key Skills Required :

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
