- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Strong knowledge of component development and template creation within Adobe Experience Manager environments.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Familiarity with backend integration, including RESTful services and content repository management.
- Ability to work within agile development frameworks and utilize version control systems effectively.
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques and best practices for scalable web applications.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
