We are looking for a Dispatch Executive who will be responsible for the accurate packing, verification, and dispatch of customer orders. The candidate will ensure that all products are packed correctly as per the sales order, coordinate with the sales team for any clarifications, and ensure timely and error-free order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

- Pack customer orders as per the approved sales order and dispatch instructions.
- Verify that the correct products, quantities, sizes, and specifications are included in every shipment.
- Ensure that no extra or incorrect items are packed.
- Coordinate with salespersons and other departments regarding order details, special requirements, and dispatch schedules.
- Prepare goods for secure transportation by using proper packing materials and methods.
- Label, organize, and maintain dispatch records accurately.
- Conduct final quality and quantity checks before dispatch.
- Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery.
- Report shortages, damages, packing discrepancies,



or dispatch-related issues immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing and dispatch area.
- Follow company procedures for inventory handling, packing, and shipment documentation.

Required Skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory and order management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet dispatch deadlines.
- Physically capable of handling, packing, and moving goods when required.
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in dispatch, warehouse operations, logistics, or packing.
- Experience working with courier companies and transporters will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
