Responsibilities :

- Ensures relevant questions are asked and follows up effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Maintains consistency and accuracy of information across all documents.
- Follows documentation standards, rules, and tools as per industry practices.
- Implements robust validation, review, and release procedures.
- Set up document release processes aligned with development timelines and project releases.
- Defines and implements a suitable structure and sequence for documenting one or more products.
- Plans, drafts, prepares, and delivers product documentation and related content independently to support releases, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Collect and arrange source materials, including specifications and engineering documents,



to support documentation needs.
- Actively seek and incorporate constructive feedback from internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a willingness to learn and improve.
- Collaborate with global teams on one or more products to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Develop accurate and professional documentation that complies with style guides, templates, and established processes.
- Works directly with the products to gain a comprehensive understanding of the domain, technology, and features being documented.
- Takes responsibility for all documentation related to Design, Verification, Traceability Matrix, etc., following industry certification standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science.
- 5-10 years of technical writing experience in a product development company.
