We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Eligibility
B.Com graduate (Mandatory)
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (local language is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
