Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing sales team. Candidates from any educational stream are welcome to apply. Prior experience in sales, business development, customer service, or real estate is preferred, but candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Meet prospective customers and explain project details.
- Conduct site visits and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or diploma from any stream.
- Prior experience in sales/business development is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
