Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, people management, and strategic HR skills.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely onboarding of recent employees.

Employee Management

- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Foster a positive and productive work culture.

Performance Management

- Manage the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Monitor employee performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where required.

Payroll & Attendance

- Oversee attendance and leave management.
- Coordinate payroll processing with the Accounts team.
- Ensure accuracy in salaries, incentives, and statutory deductions.

Compliance & Policies

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.




- Handle statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, and labour laws.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

HR Operations

- Manage HRMS and HR operations.
- Handle employee onboarding, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure proper documentation and support HR audits.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, labour laws, and HRMS.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
