We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team, manage customer communications, prepare quotations, and coordinate with production and dispatch departments to ensure smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain customer records and sales reports
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning
- Assist in achieving sales targets and expanding client base

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 0–4 years of experience in sales coordination (preferably in construction, scaffolding, or manufacturing industry)




- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of formwork and scaffolding products
- Experience handling B2B clients and contractors
- Familiarity with ERP systems
