Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office/Tender Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support the complete tendering process. The role includes maintaining accurate records, documentation, and data entry while efficiently using MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Key responsibilities include identifying and analyzing tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids through e-tendering portals, coordinating tender activities, and maintaining a database of tender documents, pre-qualification forms, questionnaires, and submission deadlines. The candidate will also assist with bid pricing, cost-benefit analysis, vendor comparison statements, and contractual documentation. Post-submission, the role involves following up with clients on bid status, obtaining work orders,



and ensuring a smooth handover of successful projects to the execution team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0–3 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or bidding processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, with knowledge of e-tendering tools.
- Ability to understand and interpret tender documents, including RFQs and RFPs.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Procurement, or Engineering.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with GeM or IREPS portals.
