Role Overview

As an SMM Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across various social media channels. You will play a key role in building brand awareness, increasing engagement, and driving leads through strategic social media efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Develop, implement, and manage content strategies across platforms, including Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Formulate and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility, community engagement, and lead generation.

Monitor industry trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver impactful campaigns aligned with brand objectives.





Foster community engagement by managing interactions, responding to queries, and ensuring a positive brand experience.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and evaluate key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions.

Generate comprehensive reports with actionable insights to inform decision-making and improve performance.

Conduct A/B testing to identify and implement the most effective content and campaign strategies.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube promotions.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools such as Meta Insights and Google Analytics.
Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of SEO will be considered an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
