WORK DESCRIPTION: Optimizing plant performance and meet production/ dispatch targets with quality commitments.

Engineering component machining line planning, execution, and establishment.

Demonstrate in Production Planning, Production System Implementation, Process.

Improvement,Production schedules,Production development, Managing tool life, Qualitycontrol& Inspection.

Practically exposed to complete CNC machining operations.

Knowledge in Recent component machining try-out sand proving,Fixture setting, Component drawing study& fulfilling the production target through work load distribution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for achieving on-time productivity within a shift a per production plan

Responsible for and ensuring process compliance.

Responsible for safety norms and machine safety

Responsible for controlling rejections.





Responsible for implementing new improvements projects.

Job-related responsibilities to achieve the day to day goals of production.

Daily production feedback is given to the Plant Head.

Planed and achieved the given targets during the shifts.

Analysis of in-house rejection & preparation of detailed action plan and execution.

QUALIFICATION: BE/DME/MACHANICAL ITI

EXPERIENCE:10 TO 15 YEARS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
