Job Summary

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading, engaging, and managing a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets, improve customer relationships, and drive business growth. The role involves coaching team members, monitoring performance, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor individual and team performance using KPIs.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and support the team in closing deals.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to improve sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience,



with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
