Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell banking products and services to prospective customers.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads.
- Represent the organization professionally at all times.

Requirements

- Male or Female candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
- Knowledge of any additional language will be an added advantage.
- Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated,



and target-driven.
- Passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales are welcome.
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or sales will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
