Job Title: Purchase Engineer – Electrical & Electronics

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Purchase Engineer to manage the procurement of electrical and electronic materials required for manufacturing and project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of electrical components, vendor management, cost negotiation, and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure electrical and electronic materials as per project and production requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Engineering, Production, Stores, and Project teams to understand material requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery schedules, and vendor details.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of critical materials.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and pricing.
- Resolve supplier-related issues, including delivery delays and quality concerns.




- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and purchase documentation.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical and electronics procurement

Required Skills

- Knowledge of electrical and electronic components, industrial automation products, control panels, cables, switchgear, PLC, VFD, SCADA, MCC panels, UPS systems, batteries, and instrumentation items.
- Robust vendor sourcing and supplier management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and technical specifications.
- Good analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
