Position Overview

The Venue Sales Executive will serve as the primary brand ambassador and sales contact for prospective clients interested in booking Elroy (outdoor lawn space hosting 1,000–5,000+ guests) and Vita (Premium and Luxury event hall). This role requires conducting interactive venue walkthroughs ("showarounds"), managing lead lifecycles, customizing packages, and coordinating seamlessly with operations to ensure high conversion rates and high-end client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Venue Walkthroughs & On-Site Client Experience ("Showaround")

- Conduct skilled site inspections and guided tours of Elroy Lawn and Vita Hall for high-net-worth individuals, wedding planners, corporate delegates, and event organizers.
- Clearly explain venue capabilities, including guest capacity, acoustic limits, structural layouts, entry/exit gates, power backup setups, stage dimensions, and valet parking logistics.
- Show physical or digital visual portfolios (past event setups, lighting setups, decor possibilities) to help clients visualize their function.
- Highlight property USPs: proximity to IGI Airport/Aerocity, 15-acre luxury ambiance, in office luxury guest room accommodation, and in-house catering.

2. Lead Generation, Conversion & Client Consultation

- Handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, website leads, and walk-ins.
- Understand client requirements in detail: guest count, event type (wedding, Sangeet, corporate gala, conference), budget range, preferred dates, and specific catering preferences.
- Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, customized per-plate/per-person menu pricing, venue rental packages, and payment terms.
- Follow up consistently with prospective leads to close sales and meet monthly/quarterly venue revenue targets.

3. Contracting & Operational Handover

- Draft agreements, calculate taxes (GST),



outline cancellation/refund terms, and collect advance booking deposits.
- Generate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) detailing food menus, layout maps, vendor access times, decor guidelines, and audio-visual requirements.
- Conduct handoff briefings with the Banquet Operations team, Executive Chef, and Housekeeping leads prior to event dates to ensure execution matches promises.

4. Post-Event & Client Relationship Management

- Greet key hosts/organizers on the day of the event to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Collect formal client feedback after the event, resolve complaints constructively, and encourage reviews or referrals.
- Maintain a structured database of corporate clients, wedding planners, and event agencies for repeat and referral bookings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Conversion Rate: Percentage of site tours/showarounds converted into paid bookings.
- Target Achievement: Meeting assigned revenue quotas for Elroy Lawn and Vita Hall.
- Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Positive feedback on transparency during site tours and post-event reviews.
- Turnaround Time: Response time for sales inquiries and proposal submissions.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in banquet sales, venue sales, or luxury hotel event management (preferably in Delhi–NCR).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English & Hindi communication; strong presentation skills.
- Grooming: Impeccable professional grooming suitable for luxury hospitality standards.
- Sales Aptitude: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and objection-handling skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and high-demand wedding season dates.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
