We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design and execute high-quality residential projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-quality residential projects including villas, apartments, and renovations.
- Prepare concept designs, working drawings, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality execution and resolve technical issues.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely project delivery.
Mandatory Requirements
- B.Arch degree.
- Candidate must have experience in designing and executing high-quality residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Lumion/Enscape or V-Ray.
- Solid knowledge of residential construction, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent communication, client-handling, and project coordination skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
