Trimortal Ventures LLP is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sourcing Executive to generate quality leads, identify potential homebuyers, and schedule site visits for our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, solid networking abilities, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through cold calling, references, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Identify and approach potential customers interested in purchasing residential and commercial properties.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into site visits and bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Closing teams for smooth customer handover.
- Stay updated on project details, pricing,



offers, and market trends.
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, exhibitions, and lead generation activities.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of the Pune real estate market.
- Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Ability to build a strong client network..

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
