HR Manager – Zero Gravity Groups (Nungambakkam)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage the complete Human Resources function within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. The candidate should be capable of handling HR operations in a fast-paced photography and event management environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes across departments

* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and business requirements

* Handle employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs

* Manage attendance, leave records, employee documentation, and HRMS activities

* Oversee employee performance management, appraisals, and KPI tracking

* Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee welfare initiatives

* Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution of workplace concerns

* Conduct employee engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and recognition programs

* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and workplace policies

* Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning and workforce requirements

* Maintain employee records and HR reports for management review





* Monitor employee retention and create initiatives to improve employee satisfaction

* Support disciplinary actions and ensure workplace professionalism

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Employee relations and conflict-resolution abilities

* Knowledge of performance management systems and HR policies

* Strong organizational and leadership skills

* Experience with HRMS tools and Microsoft Office

* Ability to work in a dynamic and rapid-paced environment

Qualification

* Any Graduate

* MBA / PG in Human Resources preferred

Experience

* Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources

* Experience in Photography, Event Management, Hospitality, Media, or Service Industry will be an added advantage
