Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive – Grievances & Retention with 2–3 years of experience in the immigration or study abroad consultancy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client grievances, improving customer satisfaction, minimizing cancellations, and retaining clients through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer grievances and resolve complaints in a timely, empathetic, and skilled manner.
- Engage with clients who express concerns or dissatisfaction and work towards effective resolution.
- Implement retention strategies to reduce client cancellations and improve customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with sales, admissions, documentation, visa, and operations teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
- Identify root causes of customer complaints and recommend process improvements.




- Negotiate suitable solutions while balancing client expectations and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of grievances, resolutions, retention efforts, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Meet monthly retention, customer satisfaction, and service quality targets.
- Prepare periodic reports on grievance trends, retention performance, and customer feedback.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in grievance handling, customer retention, or relationship management within an Immigration or Study Abroad Consultancy.
- Strong understanding of the visa processing and immigration services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
