Qualification

- MBA with specialization in HR / Finance / Marketing / Operations / Business Analytics or related field.
- NET / SET / Ph.D. preferred as per institution and regulatory norms.
- Solid academic background with good communication and presentation skills.

Experience

- 2–5 years of teaching / industry experience preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures for MBA students in assigned management subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and question papers.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, case study discussions, and practical sessions.
- Mentor and guide students for academic projects, internships, and placements.
- Evaluate student performance through internal assessments and examinations.
- Support accreditation, documentation, NBA/NAAC activities, and academic administration.
- Participate in research,



publications, FDPs, conferences, and consultancy activities.
- Coordinate department activities, industrial visits, guest lectures, and events.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and student counseling reports.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge in management concepts and business practices.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, presentation tools, and online teaching platforms.
- Research aptitude and analytical thinking.
- Teamwork and student mentoring abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
