Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Site Supervisor to manage on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per design specifications. The ideal candidate will coordinate with project managers, contractors, and workers to ensure smooth site operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Only candidates residing in Vasad, Bhadran, Anand, or Vadodara are eligible to apply. Applications from candidates outside these locations will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
- Monitor manpower, work progress, and daily site activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quality checks of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and proper use of PPE at the site.




- Monitor material availability and coordinate with the store/procurement team.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and site records.
- Monitor project timelines and report delays or site issues to management.
- Verify contractor/vendor work measurements and bills.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in building or civil construction projects.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Office will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction quality and safety practices.
