We are looking for a powerhouse Senior Project Manager / General Manager (Civil) with 15 to 20 years of stellar experience, characterized by the rare ability to simultaneously manage multiple construction sites.

In this multi-site leadership role, you will move beyond single-site management to oversee a portfolio of diverse projects including Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), high-value Commercial developments, and Residential complexes. You will be responsible for strategic resource allocation, cross-site synchronization, budget optimization, and driving multi-site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities1. Multi-Site Portfolio Management

- Cross-Site Oversight: Drive the concurrent execution of multiple projects, balancing time, workforce, and machinery across various geographic locations.
- Strategic Planning: Establish master schedules for all active sites (using MS Project/Primavera), aligning cross-site dependencies to avoid resource bottlenecks.
- Site Audits: Conduct structured, surprise, and routine site inspections to audit progress, quality compliance, and safety standards across all projects.

2. Team Leadership & Resource Optimization

- Structure & Mentorship: Lead and mentor individual Site In-charges, Project Engineers, and Section Managers, empowering them to handle daily operations while you drive macro milestones.
- Resource Mobility:



Dynamically shift heavy machinery, skilled labor, and specialized personnel between sites to optimize operational efficiency and reduce idle time.

3. Financial Management & Cost Control

- Portfolio Budgets: Monitor the cumulative financial health of all assigned sites, ensuring strict adherence to cash flows, profit margins, and cost-reduction strategies.
- High-Value Procurement: Collaborate with the purchase department to leverage bulk material ordering for multiple sites, ensuring economies of scale.

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Unified Client Liaison: Act as the apex corporate face for multiple clients, PMC (Project Management Consultants), and principal architects.
- Subcontractor Governance: Oversee high-capacity vendors and specialized PEB fabricators, ensuring their contractual deliverables match the pace of all active sites.

5. Statutory Compliance & Safety

- Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all sites adhere to regional labor laws, environmental clearances, and structural certifications.
- Safety Culture: Enforce uniform, zero-compromise HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies across the entire project portfolio.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
