Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience with recruitment tools, and the ability to work with hiring managers to fill open positions efficiently. LLinkedIn+1
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule and follow up on interview feedback.
- Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters.
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
