Candidate should have experience of 10 years in HR activities mainly in recruitment and payroll

- Identify and recruit qualified candidates for different roles across departments
- Recruit Blue collar employees for manufacturing - CNC / VMC machine shops, assembly, polishing, etc.
- Conduct campus recruitment from different colleges in Tamil Nadu for DMEs / ITIs / BE mechanical engineers
- Advanced excel knowledge is needed - Vlookup and Pivot
- Manage payroll and ensure employees receive their pay on time
- Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance and housing allowances
- Identify where employees can improve with the help of department heads and create training strategies
- Organise training and development activities
- Manage employee safety and wellness within the organisation
- Oversee employee performance
- Organise periodic performance appraisals




- Facilitate promotions within departments
- Negotiate salaries with potential employees
- Draft employee contracts before onboarding
- Onboard new candidates and introduce them to others in the organisation
- Approve department-created job descriptions
- Circulate job descriptions through various channels
- Administer bonuses and performance-related incentives
- Advise managers on employment policies
- Provide counselling support to employees who require help
- Ensure that department leaders adhere to employment laws and regulations

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
