Job Highlights :

- Graduate / Diploma or Degree in Engineering
- He should have experience in Online & Offline Tendering for E&I; Project works,O&M; Projects tenders / PSU sector tenders
- Experience in any of Water, Power , Irrigation , Municipal, Oil & Gas,Fertilizers will be advantages
- Online Vendor Registration within India & Abroad

Job description :

- Preparing bids and proposals for scope for Water, Power , Oil & Refinery Industries.
- Preparing bids and proposals for O&M; scope for Water, Power, Oil & Refinery Industries.
- Understanding engineering scope for projects from RFPs, tender documents.
- Preparation of costing
- Technical bid analysis, vendor document review




- Identifying potential risks in the bids, quotations and estimates, and in any related contract agreements across clients
- Handling PSU Sector tenders and portals for tender submission work.
- Preparation of technical-commercial bid & submission of tender.
- Attending Pre-Bid, Post bid meeting.
- Attending negotiation meeting in order to book job.
- Preparing offer techno-commercial comparison, carrying reverse auction process.
- Co-ordination with inside design , Manufacturing team in Tendering & estimation department
- Keep updates on upcoming EPC tender / Projects & maintaining data state wise. Etc

Experience :

- Should have minimum 2 yrs of hands on experience in E-tendering in domestic & International market.
- Candidate should be Graduate / Diploma in Engineering
- Excellent Communication skill in verbal / Written in English, Hindi & / or Local language, Presentation, Convincing & Closing Skill
- Candidates from Pumps, Valves or water / Irrigation related industry should only apply.
- Salary Commensurate as per the Knowledge, skills & expertise.
