ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Short-Form Script Writer who has already delivered measurable results through their scripts.

This is not a learning position.
This is not for freshers.
This is not for theory-based writers.

If your scripts have not generated real growth, retention improvement, or monetization impact, please do not apply.

MANDATORY CONDITION (READ CAREFULLY)

Apply ONLY if:

- Your scripts have increased followers, views, or engagement
- Your scripts have improved retention rate (3-second hold & average watch time)
- Your scripts have contributed to account growth or monetization
- You can show analytics proof of performance

If you cannot show proof of results from your scripts, do not apply.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 200+ short-form scripts written
- Worked with at least 5+ Instagram or YouTube accounts
- Helped scale at least 2 accounts significantly (followers or views growth)
- Experience writing for founder or personal brand content




- Solid understanding of hook psychology and retention loops

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Write 30–60 second high-retention scripts
- Create strong 3-second hooks
- Structure scripts to maximize watch time
- Align scripts with growth and monetization strategy
- Study analytics and optimize writing accordingly

NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS

- Understanding of Instagram & YouTube algorithm behavior
- Ability to write psychologically engaging hooks
- Data-driven approach to scripting
- Clear understanding of how scripts impact editing & pacing

- Academic/content writers with no platform growth experience
- Trend followers without analytics understanding
