Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.
- Store goods properly to ensure easy identification and accessibility.
- Prepare and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock verification.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward movements of goods.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, where applicable.
- Assist in periodic audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Follow company policies and safety regulations at all times.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline (preferred).




- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/warehouse management systems is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
