Position: Test Engineer (Electronics)
Location: Manesar, Haryana
Experience: 3- 7 years
Education Preference: B. E / B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Instrumentation, RF & Microwave Engineering or related disciplines.

Key Technical Requirements:

Responsible for testing, troubleshooting, validation, calibration, and integration support of RF, electronic, and radar systems. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, defence standards, and customer requirements across production and acceptance stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute functional, RF, calibration, and system‑level testing (ATP, ESS, FAT).

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, RF, and system‑level failures; support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Maintain test records, calibration logs, defect reports, and ensure compliance with QA/ESD practices.

Support audits, customer inspections,



and timely completion of testing activities to meet delivery schedules.

Required attributes:

- Strong understanding of radar/electronic systems and defence testing practices.

- Analytical problem‑solving with ability to follow test procedures and technical documentation.

- Good communication and teamwork skills; fluency in English.
