Job Summary

Transcom India is looking for energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executives to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Generate sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Adhere to quality standards and company policies.

Eligibility

- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.




- Prior experience in BPO, telesales, inside sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
