Job Title: Senior Manager – Corporate Relations

About Role

As Senior Manager – Corporate Relations, you will work closely with CXOs, CSR Heads, Foundations, Family Offices, and senior corporate leaders to build long-term strategic partnerships, develop high-value consulting engagements, and contribute to shaping India's evolving CSR and corporate volunteering ecosystem.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding the firm's advisory practice while working directly with the leadership team to identify recent opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and deliver sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to

- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the organization's growth objectives.
- Identify and convert opportunities across CSR Advisory, Corporate Volunteering, and Strategic Partnerships.
- Build and manage relationships with corporates, CSR Heads, foundations, family offices, and other institutional partners.
- Lead client discussions, presentations, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and onboarding.
- Manage key accounts to ensure long-term engagement and business growth.
- Represent Sewa Bridge at industry events, networking forums, and stakeholder meetings.
- Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities within the CSR ecosystem.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client commitments.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to strengthening business development processes.
- Track pipeline, revenue, and key performance indicators, providing regular updates to leadership.

Experience & Qualifications

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Business Development, CSR, Consulting, Institutional Partnerships, or a related field.
- Proven ability to build and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
- Strong experience in proposal development, negotiations, and closing consulting or partnership engagements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
