Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and developing strong relationships with dealers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and corporate customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current B2B business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.




- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Ensure timely collections and excellent customer service.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Channel Sales, Field Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Building Materials, Industrial Products, or Manufacturing is preferred.
- Salary:
- As per industry standards + Performance Incentives

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
