Job Description:
The Research Laboratory In-Charge will manage day-to-day laboratory operations, equipment, inventory, scheduling, compliance, safety, and documentation. The role ensures that researchers, technicians, and interns have the resources and controlled workplace required for smooth laboratory work.
Responsibilities:

- Manage daily laboratory operations and workflow scheduling.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, safety, and biosafety standards.
- Monitor inventory of chemicals, reagents, consumables, glassware, and lab supplies.
- Coordinate procurement, vendor follow-ups, and stock records.
- Ensure equipment calibration, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and usage logs.
- Maintain SOPs, laboratory registers, sample records, and compliance documentation.




- Support audits, inspections, and quality review activities.
- Coordinate with research staff, technicians, interns, vendors, and administration.

Requirements:

- M.Pharm, Pharm.D, M.Sc., M.Tech, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Prior laboratory management or research laboratory experience preferred.

Required Skills:
