Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating interviews
- Maintaining candidate records
- Achieving hiring targets
- Handling recruitment and sales-related activities
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, bulk hiring, and sales/business development preferred.
Job Location: Kochi
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
