Lead complete plant operations including Production, PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Dispatch, and Safety.

Plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Manage fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, painting, load testing, and final inspection of EOT Cranes.

Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Sales, and Project teams for smooth execution.

Ensure compliance with IS standards, quality systems, and customer specifications.

Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Optimize manpower utilization, machine efficiency, and production costs.

Monitor inventory, material availability, and production planning.

Ensure preventive maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.

Maintain statutory compliance related to Factory Act, EHS, and ISO systems.





Handle customer inspections, third-party inspections, and factory audits.

Develop and mentor department heads and production teams.

Drive productivity improvement, cost reduction, and on-time dispatch.
