Role Overview:
Looking for a strategic, detail-oriented professional to work closely with the Head of Operations & Strategy in translating leadership vision into actionable business plans, while driving process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand end-to-end business operations and organizational structure
- Support strategic initiatives and long-term business planning
- Conduct market research, industry trends analysis, and competitor benchmarking
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies and improve processes
- Design SOPs, workflows, tracking systems, and performance dashboards
- Coordinate strategic projects — planning, timelines, execution
- Support recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding
- Assist in budgeting, business reviews, and leadership strategy offsites
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business analyses for leadership




- Provide project management and administrative support to leadership

Required Qualifications:

- Graduate in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field
- 3-5 years as Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Strategic Consultant, Business Coordinator, or Project Manager
- Solid research orientation and enthusiasm for process improvement
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, curious, and adaptable
- Strong team player with high integrity
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of AI tools, Airtable
- Experience designing/implementing company-wide systems

Pay: ₹71,800.00 - ₹81,800.00 per month
