- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

- Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries
- Ensure successful implementation of applications

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management
- Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Servicenow Tools Administration
- Strong understanding of IT operations management
- Experience in designing and configuring applications
- Knowledge of application development best practices
